Confirmation Messages Not Working and Not Receiving Form Submissions via Email

    Hi there,

    I am having an issue with all my WP Forms since the last update. Although I only mention one link to a page, please note that this is happening on all my WPForm forms.

    When I submit the form, the confirmation message does not appear, but the submissions are pulling though to the Contact Form Entries plugin.

    I am also not receiving the submissions to the email address when before the update they were working. I am using the WP Mail SMTP plugin. I have sent a test email using the WP Mail SMTP plugin and have received the test email.

    Please could you advise. Maybe some settings need to change after the last update?

    Hi there,

    I have been trying to diagnose the issue myself whule waiting, as the client needs this sorted out urgently.

    I deactivated the HCaptcha. as I thought this may be the issue, and now when I try submit the form I get the following critical error.

    Hi there,

    I have managed to fix the issue. For any of you who get the following error

    "Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class "DOMDocument" not found"

    You need to ensure the dom extension is enabled under PHP Selector in CPanel or you can ask your host to do it for you.
