Confirmation message doesn't displayed

  • First of all, I’m using the version 3.7.2 which is not listed on the version dropdown.

    The form displays all the error messages, but doesn’t displays the confirmation regarding the successful form submission. I tried disabling all the other plugins, but this didn’t help either. There is no confirmation message displayed after the form submission which results in multiple messages from the same user. How can we solve this issue?

    Try switching theme to the default one.

    I have the same problem. When somebody uploads file cycle is running, but doesn’t stop even when the message is sent. I used 3.6 and 3.7.2 versions and the same thing happens…
    Takayuki Miyoshi, hhere it’s possible to switch the theme in Contact Form 7?
