“Confirmation” message after sending Form review

    Hello best pluginers,

    We have one big issue. In confirmation “window” after sending review form, there is a button for – Changing assessment.

    We need hide this, because this is so confusion for customer! He did review and after this we telling them by CTA change assessment. Why?

    Much more better will be button where we should add custom url and custom text. Best option is here to have cta button to shop.

    I think all e-commerce sites and your customers have to want this setup.

    Is it possible that you will think about this and make a change in the future?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    The customer can update their review by re-submitting the review form. This feature is available in both versions Free and Pro. There isn’t an option to remove it currently or customize the thank you page after submitting the review form.
