Confirmation Mails are not being sent

  • Hi,

    I have a problem with the confirmation mails not being sent if the subscriber is added from a gravity form with your plugin.
    The subscriber information is added to the mail poet lists but no confirmation mail for double opt-in is sent.

    If I add a subsriber to mail poet from a mail poet form the confirmation mail is sent and delivered.

    Do you have a hint?

    Please view this setting on your form settings or forms Mailpoet settings. View this image

    If the above option doesn’t help, please provide some details about your setup (WordPress, Mailpoet, Gravity Forms and our plugin versions used in your site) , so we could find out the issue and provide a fix.

    I am having the same problem. My last subscriber was added 2 September 2018, just after Mailpoet 3.9 was released.

    I have the correct settings (just like you asked in your reply above).

    My install:
    WP: 5.1
    Mailpoet: 3.19.2
    Add-on Gravity Forms – Mailpoet 3: 1.1.4

    Hi All,

    We have released a new version of our plugin v1.1.5 today. Please update.

    This update these issues and adds compatibility with WordPress 5.1 and Mailpoet
    3.19.3.

    I am still experiencing this problem – people wanting to subscribe are not getting the confirmation mail.

    My install:
    WP: 5.1.1
    Mailpoet: 3.23.2
    Add-on Gravity Forms – Mailpoet 3: 1.1.5
    Gravity forms: 2.4.8

    Hello,

    We fixed the issue in our new update. Please update both mailpoet and this plugin (if you didn’t already). Also please make sure that in the feed settings, email field is selected and Email validation is unchecked (https://imgur.com/mGuj4y9). Also turn on the feed if it’s turned off.
