confirmation mail not sent

    Hi,
    Since a few weeks now, the confirmation email for a new subscriber is not sent anymore.
    I have the last version of mailoptin.

    I receive the following error message on my mailbox :
    Le formulaire d’abonnement ? ? n’arrive pas à convertir les visiteurs à cause de l’erreur suivante ? 0: stdClass Object ( [ErrorInfo] => [ErrorMessage] => Object not found [StatusCode] => 404 ) ?.

    Can you help, please.
