    Hello,

    is there a way to generate a confirmation link for the customers mail? Therefore the appointment is not directly booked, but reserved. If the customer press the confirmation link in the mail, it is booked correctly. If it is not pressed within a specific time ( e.g. 24 hours ) the reservation is cancelled and the appointment is free again for a new customer.

    Hello @hk-orga,

    Good question! However, we don’t offer a double-confirmation feature for users booking appointments. After the user submits from the booking form, the appointment is automatically reserved for the user without any further confirmation.

    If you really want to get double confirmation from users, the closest workaround I suggest is to create an appointment?interest?form?on your website (using any plain form building plugin) and send a link to an appointment booking page containing Simply Schedule Appointments in the confirmation email.
