Confirmation link

Hello! Is there a way to change the confirmation link sent via email to the new users? Currently the confirmation link is directed to the classic wp-login.php page, I would like to use a custom page. Is it possible? I own an e-commerce, and would like to avoid to bring the new users to the classic WordPress login page. Thank you for your help, this is a major issue for me.
