Confirmation is not working

Thank you for the nice plugin.
Everything is working fine. I use a one page simple form and I edited the style a bit in the html.
The form is working fine, but I can’t get the confirmation redirect working.
This is the page with the form:

I tried the ‘style’ of the confirmation on ‘none’, ‘ajax’ and ‘redirect’, none of these options works.

Alternatively, I would even be happy with the ‘Javascript Alert Box message displayed upon submission’ but that’s also not working.

Can you please help me?
