    As of about a week ago, confirmation emails seem not to be getting through to new subscribers. I noticed almost no confirmations despite multiple manual resends, so I tried subscribing myself on a test account, and no confirmation/welcome email came through, either initially when I subscribed or the manual resend attempts.

    Checked system status, everything is connected. It says an email is being sent when I do a manual resend. I’m not sure what else to do at this point to diagnose the issue.
