Confirmation Email Via Admin Panel (Feature Suggestion)

The confirmation email that gets sent to new registered users should be configurable in the admin console. Currently set as WPDIRAUTH_EMAIL_NEWUSER_NOTIFY, the plugin Maintenance Mode has a decent implementation of placeholder values that you could reference for swapping dynamic values (username, login url, etc).
