    Sometimes (not always) when customer purchases from our store confirmation emails are sent twice to customers. Admin also receives two identical emails from the purchase.

    I am not sure but if I look at the order memo, sometimes the order status changes several time.

    I think that is why the emails are sent twice.

    Do you have any solutions to this?

    Can you please copy and paste the system report for this site? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
