    We migrated from MP2 to MP3 and I must say the building of the actual newsletters improved, as wel as the way the newsletters look on mobile. Kudo’s. But I’m not very happy at the way the settings go and the sign up to your sending service. Still very buggy.

    For instance I have below the fields for the sing-up confirmation email. They migrated over from MP2, and they don’t seem to be valid anymore.

    Hello [user:firstname | default:friend]

    What do I have to do to address the person who is signing up with their first name?
