confirmation email really slow

    Hi all,

    The form works great and all emails come thru. But if I have the confirmation email enabled, the form sits for 20-30 seconds before the thank you page comes up. The notification email comes thru right away and eventually the confirmation email comes thru. But it is really slow.

    If I uncheck Enable Confirmation Email, the form submits and the thank you page comes up right away.

    Any thoughts on how to fix?

    nevermind…

    It seems enabling this setting fixed the issue “Enable when web host requires “Mail From” strictly tied to site.” (even though the notification email went thru fine)

    Hi, actually I spoke too soon and it was still an issue. But it turned out to be something with the web host that was causing the delay when sending the confirmation email. I’m going to try to find out specifically what it was and post back here. Thanks.
