    I installed the plugin but the configurations don’t load. I received this message:

    Please confirm your email by clicking on the link we sent to [email protected]. This makes sure you’re not a bot.

    But I didn’t receive any email.

    I tried to install and uninstall, activate and deactivate many times… ??

    You can ignore the confirmation message, it’s not required for the plugin to work.

    What is the precise issue exactly – the icons don’t show up? How did you place them under question 3 on the plugin’s settings page?

    Hi, Nick!

    The configuration page don’t shows up.

    When I activated the plugin a menu was created in the left panel. Something appeared on the right side of the screen, but the page didn’t load.

    Could you please deactivate the other plugins one by one and see if that makes a difference?

    Our plugin may be conflicting with one of your other plugins.

    I deactivated all my plugins and the problem remains the same. ??

    There is a black page in front of the Social Media Share Buttons & Social Sharing Icons comands, and a clock indicating that it is loading, I think.

    Ok could you please also clear cache (after you disabled all the other plugins)?

    Ok I can see you still have other plugins activated in the screenshot. Did you try disabling them all?
