Confirmation Email not sent and bulk confirmation deactivated

    Hi =)
    New users on my website don’t receive the confirmation email when they register and also it’s not possible to resend the confirmation email in bulk in the dropdown menu in the subscriber page. Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi there @youriberg,

    It’s no longer possible to re-send the confirmation in bulk to prevent sending emails that will end up in spam or bounced due to fake addresses. Instead this can be handled on a per-subscriber basis.

    Regarding the emails not being received, can you let us know the sending method you are using, please?

    @mailpoet I use Mailpoet sending method. When people create an account on my website, they don’t receive confirmation email. Is it possible to make them check a box in my gravity form creation account and make them automatically confirmed subscribers?
