    Hi,

Can you try test this out with another email. Maybe a gmail email address and see if other people receive it.

We recommend using SendGrid to fix email delivery issues. It normally fixes all issues like this and we use it on our site.

    Thanks

    You mean in Postman SMTP?

    PS
I don’t think my client wants to pay for an extra email service like SendGrid

SendGrid has a free plan you can use and a wordpress plugin:

ok I will try this then and let’s see what happens

Check your spam folder. sometimes that happens and you think you have not got it. if you want to inform multiple Admins by email when a user is waiting for validation, a good workaround will be have a unique email address for new users and have forwarding configured in your email system, and have it send to multiple admins.

yeah spam folder was the first thing I checked

just be be clear, the admin receives the notification.
it’s the new member that does not

it’s not working even with SendGrid
the emails to the admin ARE sent, the ones to the member ARE NOT

it could be a conflict with Gravity Forms?

    Never mind, plugin uninstalled.

    Using Gravity Forms instead.

Ok thanks for letting me know. I don’t think it would be a conflict with Gravity Forms as we use that plugin on our site also.
