    Hi,

    Firstly I’d like to thank you for creating such a great plugin.

    I have set everything up and appears to be registering people as expected, and sending me to the confirmation page. However, I am currently testing the form, and it is not sending out confirmation emails from gotowebinar when I register.

    Is the email function deactivated when using this plugin or is there a file I need to edit to activate this?

    Hmmm, this setting should be controlled inside Citrix. Have you verified that emails are sent when user signs up for webinar on Citrix’s native signup form? We have noticed that sometimes there is a delay between plugin registering user into Citrix and email being sent, however, it’s never been longer than a couple minutes. If you can verify that email notification is setup in Citrix and working on native registration form, we can follow up from there. Thanks!

    Hi Brandon,

    Thank you for the quick reply. After testing the native signup form, and contacting Citrix support, it appears there is a global issue with email delays, which they are currently trying to resolve.

    An unfortunate coincidence that this occurs when testing the plugin!

    I’ll assume this gets fixed when Citrix resolve the issue. If not I’ll post back here.
