Confirmation Email Doesn't Link to Payment Page

When a confirmation email or payment email goes out and the link to review information is clicked – all that comes up is the registration email. No “Pay Now” button or nothing saying that they have paid.
How can I get the “Pay Now” button to appear in the link from the confirmation emails.
I am using Authorize.net if that helps
