Confirmation e-mails will not be sent

    I’ve a problem with a simple caldera-form that worked perfect in the beginning … after one week it couldn’t sent confirmation-e-mails. i’ve absolutely no idea what the problem is. If I change the option from HTML to Plaintext-E-Mail, the Mails will be sent. What’s the problem, what can I do? I don’t use any SMTP-Plugins.
