Confirmation e-mail text not available for change

When someone signs up on a site i’m building, using jetpack subscribe form, the email contains text which is not in the 2 fields under settings .
The texts are:
– at the very top of the e-mail ” Follow [blog name]”, where i can’t find “Follow” to change– the button name “Confirm Follow” which i’d like translated
– right under the button it says “If you want to see all of the blogs you follow on the web in one easy place, sign up for a WordPress.com account.”
Which i’d also like to translate ??– and finally at the grey area footer in the mail it says “Want less email? Modify your Subscription Options.”
Where do i find these text pieces ?
