    Hi there,

    we have an issue with the confirmation e-mail. maybe even more, our last newsletter was successfully send on 2021/04/21

    but nowadays when people want to sign up for our newsletter they won’t get any confirmation e-mail. when I check the users and try to resend the confirmation e-mail via the dashboard in wordpress I stuck with this error:

    [2021-06-28 08:32:19] mss.INFO: requests-curl.after_request {“headers”:”HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden\r\nDate: Mon, 28 Jun 2021 08:32:19 GMT\r\nContent-Type:…

    We are using the “MailPoet Sending Service”. When I switch to the local webhost service everything works fine.

    I am happy for any clues or ideas.

    What I did so far:
    * switch between the service (turn it off and on again i guess :))
    * put the sender domains in our dns
    * checked all the keys for mailpoet and wordpress
    * verified the authorized email addresses
    * read this forum

    Thanks in advance!

    Just remembered and noticed that the Plugin “MailPoet 3 (New)” is on Version 3.64.1 and the “MailPoet 3 Premium (New)” is on Version 3.64.0. Maybe that causes some trouble?

    Hi!

    We’ve sent you an email to the address associated with your MailPoet account, please make sure to check both your inbox and spam folders, as well as any additional filters you may have set up in your email, and we’ll continue the communication that way.

    Have a nice day!
