    Hello, new user here.
    We have just switched over from another company. all is better so far!
    However one issue we have found…

    A customer is subscribed and confirmed via the email link.
    Every time they place an order they are getting the “Subscription Confirmation Email” again.
    I have only noticed this as we sell on other platforms and in person, and to quicky manage stock etc i have a customer account which i use to place orders via the website when we have received orders not placed directly. Every time i place an order i receive the “Confirm Your Subscription” Email.
    Its started to annoy me already and fear actual customers may get annoyed too.

    Hi there @cantraig,

    Just to confirm, you are referring to placing orders via WooCommerce, correct?

    For WooCommerce customers, if they are placing an order and they check the MailPoet opt-in checkbox at Checkout, then it will send them the confirmation email to confirm their subscription. However that should only occur on their first order — on subsequent orders, the checkbox should be pre-checked (as long as they are logged in) and they should not be sent the confirmation email again.

    When you are placing the 2nd/3rd/4th/etc orders, are you already logged into the account that is subscribed?
