    I have installed the plug-in but it does not seem to be working. How can I review the user id, password and contact group being used by the plugin to connect to constant contact?

    When connecting the plugin/WordPress install to Constant Contact, you’ll be prompted to log in and make the connection at that point. There’s no automatic connection right out of the box and upon install/activation. It takes a human to bridge the two. Once done, the available lists will sync in the WP admin, based on what’s available in the connected account via constantcontact.com.
