there is a fix! I have completed an update to the Subscribe page template about a week ago and pushed it to the WordPress Directory. First of course, you need to make sure that you have setup the plugin correctly in order for it to function correctly. Here are the complete detailed instructions:

I added a new settings options to the Settings page for your Blog Page URL. Be sure and place the URL of your Blog page in this new setting box and click save.
