Confirm email field with conditional logic is not working

Sorry another question from me. I have tried to set up a confirm email field using these instructions: https://formcraft-wp.com/help/how-to-make-a-confirm-email-field/. I followed them exactly but the submit button does not appear when the second email is entered. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? You can see my form in the link.
