    Hi! I hold Auctions on my site. I wish to change the “Pay Now” button for the Winner into “Confirm Now” so I can contact them directly once they have confirmed. They do not have to pay for anything yet once they pressed confirm. A confirmation email will be sent to them. How do I do this?

    First of all, your query would need customization in the plugin which is not easy but has to be done at various files and is not for free. Let me also tell you that our PRO plugin’s Business license has an addon called “Offline dealing for Buyer & Seller”. Below is brief about this addon:

      When winner wins auction product then he receives seller details on his email and on auction detail page so that he can contact and pay offline.
      No checkout or cart screen for winner.
      Seller receives winner details so that he can contact the winner.
      So, this addon will meet your requirement of collecting winner details and do the deal offline.

    This would suit your needs though.
