• I need help setting up this plugin.
The helpdesk for setting up a so called Wildcard subdomain is very bad and I just can not go any further!
How is that? Should I set up a so-called wildcard for my web host or a specific account?
The description must be urgently reworked!

    Hi,
I am having the same issue. The site is https://allgovernmentjobs.org . Here are the screenshots for the images:
    plugin setting screen
    Wildcard entry.

The wildcard entry is done long ago and I have deactivated and activated the plugin a few times but it is of no help. The hosting is Hostgator shared hosting.

    Rgds.

Hi there. From the green notice at the top, it looks like the plugin is on testing mode. From this tab(Main Categories) check the categories you would like to be served as subdomain and then click on the blue button “Change to Subdomain” found at the bottom of the page. From the “Subdomain Settings” tab make sure the “Active” option is selected and not the “Testing” one and then click on the “Save Settings” button.
