Configuring the plugin to work with mapped domains

The plugin doesn’t work with mapped domains as the icons are loaded from the root site; not the mapped domain.

I modified it like this to get it to work (Line 449):

return '<li style="background:url(\''.site_url().'/wp-content/plugins/subscribe-connect-follow-widget/images/16px/{image}\') no-repeat 0% 50%;padding-left:20px;font-size:14px;"><a href="{url}" title="{description}"'.$target.'>{link_text}</a></li>';

That said, as the plugin hasn’t been developed in over a year and the comments on this forum are over a month old, I don’t anticipate it will be updated ??
