Configuring the ad to NOT show up before or after certain selectors

Is it possible to make the ad to NOT appear after any tag with style font-weight:bold, tag, or h3?
I have headings on my images, and sometimes the ad comes in between the image and the heading, and my readers hate it.
Any way to fix that?
