Configuring popup for my Ninja Form

I started a popup and followed instructions provided by Ninja Forms but nothing is showing on my website home page. Any ideas? I’ve included screenshots of my popup settings for reference. Thank you!

Thank you for getting in touch, and we’re sorry the popup is not showing on your homepage.

You have properly configured the popup, and we did not see any issues on it.

We checked the homepage, and the popup is loading.

We think there is a CSS conflict on your site.

Can you try the steps in this article to fix the CSS trigger?

Please include the opacity fix as well.
