    Dear All,

I am wondering why it is not – by default – possible to configure the Wp Redis Plugin by using the WordPress Settings page or some page from the plugin.

Most of the times I have to adjust the plugin settings by hand and I am aware how to do this but it will be a lot easier and quicker if it is integrated into the plugin itself.

For now I adjusted the plugin a little bit so I am able to adjust it by a page I added and it works the way I want. So for me it is solved. But what about other users ? Don;t you think it is a lot easier for all of us ?

Many thanks for the awesome plugin, and hopefully you will find some time to explain to me and all other people why configurations need to be done by changing the config files.

Hey! That’s because editing the wp-config.php is rather difficult in many cases and can lead to fatal errors that can only be corrected by hand. It’s too risky to for my taste.
