Configuring “blocked email message”

When updating the
BLOCKED EMAIL MESSAGE
setting underMessages
and hittingSave Settings
, the setting does not persist. Whenever this field is updated it goes back to its default of##email## has been blocked by the user. Please Try a different email or Contact site Admin.
Updating other messages works correctly, just not the blocked email message.
