    Hey,

Is there a way to configure the plugin so I can have 2 pages, like:
    /identified-user/ and /anonymous-user/
In the /identified-user/ page the user will have to register/login in a account then open a ticket; but in the /anonymous-user/ page, the user could submit a ticket anonymously without the needing of registering…

And if there’s a way, it’s possible for the anonymous user list his openned tickets? Maybe when the anonymous user open a ticket he’d receive a “protocol number” that he could filter the ticket opened with this specific protocol?

I don’t know until what part of this question could be done with the free version of the plugin, or if it’s possible to do it. Maybe there’s a method using the API?
