1) Where can I get Authentication Key?
You can get them in WooCommerce API settings but it is unrelated to this plugin.

2) Can I send order data to my ShipStation account?
What you can do is to install official ShipStation plugin and it will automatically push all the orders to ShipStation account.

Our plugin adds ability to see live shipping rates in the cart, so you won’t have to use table rates. Then with ShipStation Shipping PRO plugin you can create labels one by one or in bulk directly from WooCommerce Admin, as well as to push orders you’ve printed shipping label for to ShipStation Dashboard.

Yes, you will be able to print labels directly from woocommerce order dashboard. It also has a feature to export order you are printing which will move it to shipped in shipstation dashboard.
