configure routing based on dropdowns?

    No idea sorry, deffinately not in the scope of this plugin.

    Gravity Forms may support it natively, maybe look in their documentation (or the web in general) for conditional notification.

    This plugin saves the values as a text string, the same way that a standard input field would. So what ever you use, if it can support the standard input fields (in a list field) it should support drop down fields (in a list field).
