Configure product fees for each product.

Hello I have been researching to buy an appropriate plugin that works for woocommerce Addon price for individual products. Basically what I want is to have two price input option that will make as one price and that should be displayed separately. The reason we sell some items that will include some charges and when buyer return old Items we will refund the extra amount that is changed! Example The price of the Battery is $100.00 and the returning charge is $50.00 In total we have to charge $150.00..! And that should be displayed in the shop page and products page (Law)..! And one customer bring back the old Battery we will refund the returning charge $50.00 to customer..! Could you please explain me is there a solution, plain for this in woo commerce..!
