configure like Miniva sample image

    Hi

    Can anyone tell me how to configure Miniva like the sample in ‘Theme Details’ in the dashboard? With the three images horizontally?
    Can this be done without extra packages or plugins?

    PS I am struggling with localhost in XAMPP and MAMP but Jetpack can’t be installed…
