Hi @dionnekathleen,
I just installed your plugin and ran the test, I can manage to fix most issues, but when I click the button to configure browser caching, I get the site not available message. And the url looks like this: https://%26view%3Dcaching/
I must say that I haven’t seen similar reports before, could you try disabling and reenabling the plugin as it’s possible that there’s some wrong info in the DB that is giving it that wrong URL so reactivation might help here?
If that doesn’t help can you try disabling your other plugins and switching to default WP theme to see if the button is working after that?
If it is, enable them one by one until you see which one is causing the issue.
I would suggest doing this test on a staging site or if you don’t have one make sure to have a full backup ready before proceeding with test on the live site.
Do note that the Browser Caching is a server-side thing and Hummingbird will try to apply the required rules, so you can also ask your host to set the browser caching expiry to one year (as suggested by Google) and that should do the trick.
Ans another issue, I would like to upgrade to pro but don’t have a credit card. Is there a way to use paypal?
I’m afraid that we can’t discuss payment options on these forums, would you please use our contact form: https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-billing-question to contact our account department with your question and they will help you there.
Cheers,
