Configurations Plugin: Weight and Price

I have a question: is possible to configurate the plugin with weight and price (total of cart).
For example:
until 2 Kg and until 19 euro the price of shipping is 6 euro;
until 2 Kg and from 20 euro the price of shipping is 6.50 euro
