    are you sure? I hope someone who knows how search engines work will answer.
    I worry because sites are on the same domain.
    mysite.com
    mysite.com/testsite

    Well, I use subdomains for that purpose and haven’t noticed any problems so far. So I’m pretty sure it will not affect you either.
    After all your mysite.com/index.php and everything else from mysite/* WILL be indexed, apart from mysite.com/testsite/* So whatever is on your main website will remain accessible and indexable.
