Configuration Settings – Notify URL

  • Hi,

    In the Configuration Settings under the Payment Info tab, I copied the URL to the page I created for Event payments into the Notify URL field but when I try to save the Configuration Settings, it resets to the default value (No Selection Required – based registration page).

    Also, when I go to the Event Payments page at https://rockrecoveryed.org/event-payments/ an error message reading “Failure – please retry!” appears before the other text “Please check your email for payment information. Click the link provided in the registration confirmation.”

  • the page in question is not to be used as you are using it ie. by clicking on it … it is to be used by your ‘customers’ who receive a registration email with a link that is something like https://rockrecoveryed.org/event-payment/?id=2&fname=bill as it will get info from the database as to the event they have registered for, names of registrants, outstanding payment and so on … it needs the ?id=2&fname=bill to work properly … it works fine when used the way it should ??
