    If I disable caching from the settings,

    LiteSpeed Cache > Cache > Cache Control Settings > Enable Cache >>> OFF

    Does it disable or affect browser caching or page optimization?

    LiteSpeed Cache > Cache > Browser Cache Settings > Browser Cache >>> ON

    LiteSpeed Cache > Page Optimization
