Configuration Page Not Visible

    Hello,

    I have installed the plugin and am in the testing phase.

    Unfortunately, the entire configuration dialogue is not showing when I select the configuration button.

    It must be a conflict with the theme we are using or maybe a plugin. (I have tested it on the 2017 wordpress theme and it works fine so it must be a conflict)

    Is there anyway of diagnosing or troubleshooting this issue? Could we get support to help us resolve this issue?

    We like the plugin, just unable to configure it (we really need to set up the source folder,.. and the rest of the config options would be nice.)

    Hello,

    To see if this issue is a theme or other plugin, you will have to change the theme and/or disable one plugin at a time until the DMS plugin works.

    The 2014 theme works fine with the plugin. I will test with the 2017 theme in the near future.

    Thanks for the reply.

    The plugin actually works with the wp 2017.

    I think its my theme “the fox” that is having some issues. Everything works great, except the config page ??

    I need to be able to set the root folder for all of the documents.

    Yes its a custom theme, not in house, but it is custom.
