After clicking “Configure FluentSMTP”, it took me to the configuration page. However, it displayed

    Welcome to FluentSMTP & SES

Thank you for installing FluentSMTP – The ultimate SMTP & Email Service Connection Plugin for WordPress

Please configure your first email service provider connection
Please select your email service provider

However, in normal case it should also display “Connection Provider” and different provider options for me to select

Also, another plugin “FluentCRM” has similar issues. After clicking “setting” it displayed nothing. Maybe this was caused by the same reason?

    Hello @amycheungamy0001
I think it’s a plugin conflict. We use VueJS under the hood so not sure which plugin/theme is loading vuejs globally rather than loading their own UI. Would you please deactivate a couple of plugins and find out which plugin is causing the issue.

    Thanks

Thank you so much! I found out that it was because “MasterStudy LMS – WordPress LMS Plugin”.
So I guess there’s no way for me to use both plugins at the same time unless I have 2 separate WordPress running?

You can contact with MasterStudy LMS author and ask them why they loading VueJS or their script globally. They should only load the required JS on their own setting spages.

    Thanks
