    You can’t have the search form like the example site you gave by using this plugin.

    Since you are new to WordPress, to use this plugin you have to understand some wordpress knowledge, such as custom post type, custom taxonomy and custom meta field.
    You can only use this plugin after you have these fields in your posts.
