Configuration is wrong for CentOS

    The config that is provided with the plugin won’t work on CentOS.
    Default path for authentication is logpath = /var/log/messages

    You need to either provide the config for every popular OS or get the path from the system variable.

  • auth.log work only for Debian, not for Centos.

    Small fix: you can create a config file with the following content:

    /etc/rsyslog.d/auth.conf
    auth.* /var/log/auth.log

    Don’t forget to “touch” the file and then restart the daemon.
