Configuration File Could Not Be Imported

  • Hi,

    I got a configuration file from my hosting provider to upload and configure W3 Total Cache, but when I go to upload every time it says configuration file could not be uploaded.
    Hosting provider doesn’t know how to solve.
    I have tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it, uploading the .php file, uploading the zip folder, but nothing is working.
    Please help me – I do not want to enter these settings manually.
    This has worked perfectly on 3 other sites I developed, but not this one.
    Same server on all 4, just under a different account in plesk.
