This box is not checked.

I checked the list and activated the logic condition on the box added via your field in the form and which is equal to the name of the list.

In the MailPoet field of the GravityForm form I added cf_2 as indicated in the “?”

This field has the same name as the custom field of the MailPoet form which corresponds to the GDPR acceptance.

In MailPoet settings I checked the box “Subscription in the registration form”

And in the WordPress settings I have activated the box “Anyone can register”

I did not specify mail the form which includes the subscription to my mailing list is also a form which allows the registration of the user.

I admit to being lost in the settings.

Unfortunately I still have a problem.

I redid tests with different configuration and I think that the problem comes from the conditional logic of MailPoet Flux of the GravityForm form.

If I don’t activate it, I receive the subscription confirmation email.
If I activate it and I configure it on the MailPoet field inserted in the form so that it is equal to the name of my list (in order to have GDPR subscription consent) I do not receive the confirmation email.

I noticed that in the drop-down list which allows to choose the field which allows the logical condion appears 10 times.

and that for the value “is” it offers me the name of the Newsletter but in the entry of the form the value of the field is “3” which must correspond to the ID of the list of the newsletter.
I had to activate “display the values” but despite the changes made to the value it does not work!

Hello, we tested again in our side and the plugin is working fine. It seems the plugin is conflicting with other plugin. Please disable other plugins and try again. Our plugin is working fine with MailPoet free version with gravity form.

Problem solved !

I finally have good behavior.

I had to configure the logical condition of MailPoet Flow in an “unconventional” way …

When selecting the field which includes the condition, the “MailPoet” field for me, it appeared 10 times so I configured the condition on “some” and selected the field 10 times with the same value.

It works, that’s what counts but the configuration is unconventional.
