configuration error detected please help

Hi
I have a problem i am trying to solve for many hours now, i followed the necessary docs but still getting an error.

The email address i am using is [email protected]
i changed all the emails in my site to that email but i am still getting the error.

Here are my settings:
To- [your-email]
From- Eston Swaby <[email protected]>
When i tried that no matter how i write it or changed it up i am still getting errors
even when i use [your-email] in the From section
