configuration error: contact -> mail "From" field

  • I’ve been using 2 contact form 7 forms for about 12 months but recently they have been generating configuration errors.

    If I go to edit for one of the forms then press the Mail tab I see this-

    “In the following fields, you can use these mail-tags:
    [text-305][email-96][textarea-105][honeypot-192]

    From [text-305]<[email-96]>
    This email address does not belong to the same domain as the site.”

    Any ideas how I can fix the error?
